Box office

The Box Office will open at 1:00 P.M. only on event days, and sales are only available for that day's event.

Will Call can only be picked up on the day of an event only for that day's event. In order to pick up will call, the name on the envelope must match the name of a photo ID, typically two hours prior to the event. Will call left by the event organizers may not arrive until event time or later.

Bridgestone Arena is a smoke-free facility. The Arena also has a no re-entry policy. The use of recording devices (audio/visual) are not allowed. iPads, selfie sticks, Go-Pros, are also not allowed.

Children under the age of 2 can sit in a parent's lap for free for most events. Please call the venue Box Office at 615-770-2040 to confirm for your event you are attending.
